Create a new user

https://api.percipio.com/content-discovery/v1/organizations/{orgId}/users

This service can be used to create new users within Percipio. When providing a password, the value must have at least 8 characters and contain at least 3 of the following 4 types of characters... Lower case letters (a-z), Upper case letters (A-Z), Numbers (0-9), Special characters (e.g. !@#%^&*)

Status of the user, only active users can access site.

Used to determine what functionality the user can access e.g. LEARNER, ADMIN, CONTENT_CURATOR, CONTENT_COORDINATOR, LEARNING_ADMIN, MANAGER.
